　　The election once reached a stalemate due to intense partisan strife, inner-party struggle among the Republicans, uneven distribution of interests, and more. 　　近日，各种“新冠防疫消毒卡”出现在网络平台。这些消毒卡号称“日本进口”“网红推荐”，一张卡即可防范新冠杀死病毒。扬子晚报/紫牛新闻记者注意到，在商家的宣传中，最便宜的5元多的消毒卡，有效期长达30天。记者以消费者的身份询问了部分卖家，他们均表示消毒卡真实有效。真是如此吗？记者对此进行了调查。

　　P图网红名人引流销售

　　商家均回避关键问题

　　扬子晚报/紫牛新闻记者在多个电商平台检索发现，用消毒卡做关键词可搜索到超4000条商品，销量最高的店铺已有上十万单销量。消毒卡还有着多种别称，比如“随身防疫卡”“空间防疫卡”，价格在5元到400元不等。在部分商品展示页上还能看到李佳琦、小杨哥等网红在直播间推荐的图片。但记者查询了李佳琦、小杨哥的直播间商品橱窗后并未发现相关商品。检索到的一些“消毒卡”推广视频，也只是将上述网红的经典台词剪辑后插入消毒卡商品介绍。记者仔细观察商家展示的网红推荐图片，几乎都是截取直播截图后再P图上一双手拿着产品，作假痕迹明显。

　　对于消毒卡的效用，一名商家告诉记者：“消毒除菌卡缓慢散发的气体会结合空气中的水分，与二氧化碳反应产生微量二氧化氯，二氧化氯可吸附并穿过病毒的衣壳蛋白损伤核酸(RNA或DNA)基因组，有效阻止病毒复制繁殖，达到消除细菌的作用。”商家还补充说，消毒卡有效范围是佩戴者周围一立方米范围，每多开封佩戴一份消毒卡，就能多一份保护更加安全。

　　对于记者提出的有效性质疑，多位商家均选择回避作答，有商家表示，“消毒卡只是起辅助作用。”

　　被牵连团队澄清商家作假

　　实验证明消毒卡除菌率为0

　　记者注意到在商品评论中，有疑似刷单的评论称“老爸测评”也推荐过该消毒卡，甚至做过评测。

　　记者联系上“老爸测评”团队，相关工作人员当即对此作出澄清，“这是拿我们做噱头卖商品。”工作人员表示，团队确实在2019年疫情还未暴发时就做过相关消毒卡评测，但经过实验室专业检测，多款打着消毒卡名义的产品除菌率均为0。

　　“老爸测评”团队专业人员告诉记者，这些所谓的消毒卡基本原理都是通过固态的颗粒或粉末释放二氧化氯气体来除菌。虽然二氧化氯是国际上公认的除菌剂，但在他们团队评测过的消毒卡中，除菌剂的含量微少到根本不可能发挥作用。

　　“如果真的要用二氧化氯气体进行空气消毒，那也要在密闭的空间里进行。但这样做，可能细菌还没杀死，你自己就先被熏晕了。”“老爸测评”团队表示，这类消毒卡在完全起不到作用的情况下，很可能还会因二氧化氯对皮肤的刺激性而导致皮肤灼伤，最好不要给孩子使用。

　　海外多年前曾警示危害

　　大量相关产品仍在销售

　　记者根据相关“日本进口”消毒卡信息在海外购物平台进行检索后发现，检索出的消毒卡均为使用中文介绍商品的商家在售卖，而与商品封面相关联的日本企业店铺却没有相关产品销售。有细心的消毒卡购买者指出，买到的消毒卡没有任何中文标识，并不符合进口商品的管理规定。

　　通过资料查询，记者发现，类似产品其实早在2013年就在日本出现过。2013年2月，日本相关部门还专门发布调查报告，指出消毒卡对人体的危害，消费者应该停止使用相关产品。

　　记者最后通过电商平台投诉渠道对部分产品进行了投诉，截至记者发稿前，大量打着“新冠消毒卡”名义的产品仍在各大平台销售。
